Regarding the Technology Change and the change in the role of librarian, the professional librarians (those are working in NRL more than one year) are still needed to handle/answer the directional enquiries at the IC counter and Reference Point (RP2 & RP3) of National Reference Library. I understand that it is very good for the new professional staffs. How to improve the operational efficiency in this area?
